CAN JAPOT is an artesian enterprise dedicated to elaborated foodstuffs derived from the pork meat, when the most important products are cold meat.

The suitable climatic conditions of the county Garrotxa and the ancestral rites of the slaughter of pig, have been enough reason to the birth of this type of industry. But, apart from the other enterprises that make pork meat, there are pork butchers as CAN JAPOT where the known-how remain and the traditional craft methods.

The quality of their products is to have found the break-even point between the trade activity and the food craft method, both about raw material and others things like, texture of each product, seasoning point and cure time.
