CAN CARBASSERES
Can Carbasseres is an ancient bakery specialist about food crafts products specially “Coca de llardons” and “Tortell adobat de Matafaluga”.
The “coca de llardons” is a cake based with pork scratching and pignolis amongst other products. The “Tortell adobat de Matafaluga” is a round ANISED marinated cake.
Both products are made with traditional methods. Since 1892, the family has known to keep up the fathers and sons tradition. Today is the fourth generation.
They are two products very appreciate in the county of Garrotxa and Olot city, because of they belong to the Catalan gastronomy. The products are made with traditional methods and carefully handed, not only in their elaboration but in the raw material yet. | MORE

RATAFIA RUSSET
Today managed for the fourth family generation and making “Ratafia” using the traditional methods as years ago, improving processes of soaking, ageing and filting. Also, trying to optimize the gathering and manipulation of the aromatic plants and green walnut, in order to obtain the best liquor.
In 2003 was the year of the centenary, because of Ratafia Ruset was born in 1903, so it's today, a centenary business. This special event was celebrated with many acts and two peculiars items: Special book edition and an unusual product, only for the sign “Ratafia del centenari” (Ratafia of the century), a special liquor with five years of ageing.
At present, the current catalogue products contain two products: Ratafia Russet (75cl. 35cl. and 5cl.) and "Ratafia d'Olot" (1 litre). | MORE

CAN JAPOT
Since 1852, Can Japot is an artesian enterprise dedicated to elaborate stuff. The suitable climatic conditions of the Garrotxa county, the ancestral rites of the slaughter of pig, have been enough reason for birth of this industry.
